About

Planning, explained in plain English

Site Potential WA provides preliminary planning and property advice to help landowners, buyers, investors and developers better understand the opportunities and constraints affecting property in Western Australia.

Planning rules are spread across schemes, codes and policies, and they can be difficult to read if you don’t work with them every day. We look at your specific property and your specific question, then explain what the framework means in language you can act on.

Every enquiry is reviewed individually. Tell us the address and what you’re considering, and we’ll quote the level of assessment that suits the question — nothing more than you need.

Information provided by Site Potential WA is preliminary in nature and is intended to assist with early property and planning investigations. Planning controls, policies and development requirements can change and may require confirmation with the relevant authority. Site Potential WA does not guarantee development or subdivision approval.
